I always use screen protectors
but, after only 3 weeks, the touch screen one has become worn in the middle,
the stylus now drags, and this affects game play
(i am quite disappointed as i used screen savers on my DS Lite and they lasted several months before needing to be replaced)
i have written to the company and await their reply
**company replied within half an hour, and are sending a replacement
