Delivery was really fast it works fine with my NIKON D5000, but you have to set it in the camera menu in order to use it.

First of all, the product works!... Ok, it needed a new battery, but it works!
The only pain (which is not the items fault), is that the D3000 will only accept the infra-red beam from the front of the camera, therefore if you are stood behind the camera, you need to resort to "bouncing" the beam off nearby surfaces to get it to work.
As there is no "cable" remote release for the D3000, this is the best you are going to get, and at a good price too!

The remote control worked perfecly, matched to my Nikon D90 the cost was second to none And after setting up the camara on a tripod etc. In was able tobe included in my bands publicity photo's, So a perfectly good product which I would recomend to anyone.
