This mouse is easily the best I have ever owned, I have owned it a few months now and have been using it without any problems at all. I bought it on the recommendation of a family member and have not been disappointed.
The ergonomics of the mouse have been clearly thought out and it is both comfortable and practical. Being wireless, it is, as usual, quite heavy in comparison to some of its wired counterparts, but I actually find this a distinct positive for the product. I bought it due to the unobtrusive nature of the wireless USB connector and in that respect it has fulfilled my needs. The item can be left connected even during the transport of my laptop (I find standard connectors are notoriously easy to knock during use or indeed, get lost during transit). The mouse itself is also very compact and easily transportable and feels robust enough to be able to withstand the odd drop onto the floor. The mouse has worked on every surface I have used it on, from my laminated chipboard desk to the shiny surfaces of the tables on trains, surfaces on which my previous mouse required a mousepad in order to be used. The laser used for the operation of the mouse is 848 nanometres in width meaning were you to lift the mouse off a surface temporarily you will not run the risk of temporarily dazzling the person sitting opposite.
Fully worth the price (I would go as far to say leagues ahead of some of its more expensive competitors) and I can't give it any less than five stars. Top product from logitech.
