We can, with your permission and you are connected to the internet, diagnose problems and help you remotely. You will need to download and run the program below, this will then allow us to take control of your computer - you will see on your screen everything we are doing in real time and can disconnect the connection at any time - you do remain in control at all times.

You will first need to call Paul on 07511 659799 to confirm we are near to a computer to assist.

Download Remote Support.exe (224Kb) Preconfigured Portable  UVNC Client - this does not need to be installed and makes no changes to your computer.

Run this file and select - Connect to Remote Internet Support.

This will then allow us to connect and to diagnose and repair any problems.
